        The ergonomic principle is used to design the control system, which has the functions of neutral protection, power cutoff, forced downshift, and reverse signal. It adopts internationally advanced design and uses a large number of DIN standard designs. It uses high-quality imported parts for key parts, ensuring sufficient design life for various components from the source of the design. For gears, bearings and other key components are designed for 10,000 hours of life, far higher than national standards. The test verification is fully reliable through the full-box 1000-hour bench intensification test and 1000-hour market industrial test. It is separated by coarse and fine filtration, and the coarse filtration is placed at the bottom of the tank, and the oil sump is filtered. The fine filter is screwed into the tank oil passage for easy replacement. The traction matching performance matching is carried out by professional matching software, the overall structural analysis and calculation is performed by Romax simulation calculation software, and the finite element analysis of the box is carried out by ProE software to determine the overall structure of the torque converter and the gearbox to achieve the best performance.
